We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. All information you provide to us is handled in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the applicable national laws (including the TDDDG and BDSG).
Our systems and organisational processes are designed to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality. Please note, however, that data transmission over the internet may have security vulnerabilities.
3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
a) Website visits:
When you visit our website, information is automatically collected (e.g. IP address, date/time, browser type). This is technically necessary and is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
b) Contact forms and 3D configurator:
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or the 3D configurator, your details (name, email, phone number, project details) are stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. This processing is carried out to perform pre-contractual measures on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
c) Job applications:
For applications submitted via our website, we process your details solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential employment relationship. Application data is deleted 6 months after the process is completed.
4. Hosting
Our website is hosted by a European provider. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. All data is stored on servers within the European Union.
5. Local Storage
Our website uses local storage in your browser to remember your selected language. This storage is technically necessary to provide the function you explicitly requested — displaying the website in your chosen language — and is based on § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG. No consent is required for this.
6. Cookies and Web Analytics Tools
Our website uses cookies and comparable storage technologies to analyse usage behaviour and improve our offering. Cookies that are not technically necessary (e.g. for analytics purposes) are only set after you have expressly given your consent — you can make, change or withdraw this decision at any time via our cookie consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
We use the CCM19 service provided by Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn, Germany, to obtain and manage your consent. Your consent decision is logged there.

• Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) — manages the technical integration of the services listed below, without itself setting cookies.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — for statistical analysis of usage behaviour (e.g. pages visited, time spent, visitor origin). This may involve data being transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google has self-certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
These tools are only activated once you have given consent (Google Consent Mode v2) — without your consent, no data is transmitted to these services. Additional analytics or marketing tools may be added in the future via the same consent-based system.

Your personal data is only disclosed:

• if this is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Apart from the analytics tools named in section 6, no transfer to third countries takes place.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Once the purpose no longer applies, the data is routinely deleted.
