Why STATOM?
STATOM's story starts in 1993 in Lithuania, where we were among the first to bring modern heating technology from leading European manufacturers to the market. That start gave us something no amount of money can buy: years of hands-on experience and technical expertise you can rely on.
From there, the company grew alongside its clients' needs — building and renovating homes, installing indoor and outdoor drainage systems, and taking on interior finishing work. In 2016, the revived team opened a new chapter in Hamburg, Germany, where we've been based ever since.
We deliberately work with modern, eco-friendly materials and technologies — and keep a close eye on what's changing in the industry, so we can offer genuinely current solutions, not yesterday's answers.

Building permits — what you should know
Requirements depend on the federal state, municipality, the size of the structure, the distance to the property boundary and the local Bebauungsplan (development plan). Even if a structure counts as verfahrensfrei (exempt from a separate permit procedure), it must still comply with applicable building, fire-safety and planning regulations.
